About Us

We are fourth-generation sheep and cattle ranchers.  Ben More Mountain Ranch is a family-owned, 500-acre ranch located at the base of Ben More Mountain in Oregon.  We raise sheep and cattle and are small woodland tree farmers. Our family actively supports 4H and FFA as club members and leaders.
 
Over the years we have raised many breeds of sheep.  During the last 6 years our focus was club lambs for 4H and FFA youth.  In 2022 we started Oregon Valais with the purchase of a fullblood (100%) Valais Blacknose ram and foundation ewes to start a breed-up program for Valais Blacknose sheep.  We currently are expanding our full-blood stock.
